BPYJVP, full name Copper core XLPE insulated PVC sheathed copper wire braided shielded variable-frequency (VF) cable, which is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, papermaking, metal processing, mining, railways, and food processing. It is particularly suitable for transmission and distribution lines with a rated voltage of 1kV and below.

  • Technical Parameters

    1. Rated voltage: 1kV and below

    2. Maximum operating temperature of conductor: 90℃

    3. Maximum temperature during short circuit: 250 ℃ (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds)

    4. Bending radius: not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable for wrapped shielded cables and not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable for spiral shielded cables.

    5. Ambient temperature: The ambient temperature during installation should not be lower than 0℃. The maximum temperature during installation in the air should be 40℃, and the maximum temperature during installation underground should be 25℃.
