Quality Assurance & User Service Commitment

I.To ensure that product quality meets contractual requirements, we commit to strictly complying with the ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance system standard.

II. Full process service-guaranteed

1.We commit to providing comprehensive pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service in order to meet customers' needs.

2.All clients are welcome to visit our plant before signing contracts. We will provide relevant documentation and qualifications for your reference.

3.Before product shipment, we will notify our clients and provide delivery notes if needed.

Please feel free to contact us if any problems arise during installation or use. We promise to respond and give out a solution within 48 hours of receiving your message. Once it is confirmed to be a quality issue, we will do our best to repair it or arrange an exchange or return if it's unfixable.

Cable Installation Precautions

1. Cable loading and unloading must be performed using a crane or forklift. When installing large cables, a cable hoist must be used to avoid illegal operation and rough construction.

2. All laying sites must be free of accumulated water to prevent moisture from entering the cables during installation and operation, which may potentially affect normal operation.

3. Before installation, cable ends must be sealed and protected to prevent water ingress and other corrosive materials, which can cause rust and discoloration of the steel and copper strips, oxidation of the conductor insulation, and breakdown.

4. When installing cables parallel to heating pipes, maintain a distance of 2 meters; when crossing them, maintain a distance of 0.5 meters. When installing cables parallel to or crossing other pipes, maintain a distance of 0.5 meters. When installing cables directly buried, the burial depth for 1-35kV cables shall be at least 0.7 meters.

5. When 10kV and below cables are installed in parallel, the net distance between them shall not be less than 0.1 meters, and 10-35kV cables shall not be less than 0.25 meters; when crossing, the distance shall not be less than 0.5 meters.

6. The laying temperature of the cables shall not be lower than 0°C, and the bending radius of the cables shall be greater than or equal to 20 times the cable diameter.

7. Cable joints of 6kV and above:

(1) When installing the cable terminal, the semi-conductive shielding layer must be stripped off. The insulation shall not be damaged during operation. Sanding shall be used if necessary to avoid tool marks and unevenness. The shielding end shall be flat, and the graphite layer (particles) shall be cleaned.

(2) The copper tape shielding and armoring of the plastic-insulated cable end must be well grounded to avoid induced electromotive force, even "sparking" and burning of the sheath during three-phase unbalanced operation. The grounding lead shall be made of tinned braided copper wire. When connecting to the cable copper tape, soldering with a soldering iron instead of blowtorch sealing to avoid damaging the insulation.

(3) The three-phase copper tape shielding should be connected to the ground wire separately. Note: The shield grounding wire and the armor grounding wire should be led out separately and insulated from each other; the welding ground wire should be placed as low as possible.

8. Basic requirements for cable ends and intermediate joints: a. Good conductor connection; b. Reliable insulation; c. Good sealing; d. Sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to various operating conditions.

9. If the cable cannot be laid in time for some reason, it should be stored in a dry place to prevent the cable head from being exposed to the sun or water, which may cause cable short circuit, conductor oxidation, and other material corrosion, affecting the service life of the cable.

Note: The installation of wires and cables should be performed by installers or professional technicians who are familiar with wires and cables. If there are still unclear matters, please consult the relevant technical department or feel free to reach out to us.
